RST report plus a progressive 3-digit serial number starting at 001/category/WW locator. The slashes are part of the exchange and must be sent. Using the worldwide locator is mandatory. Example: 579001/A/JO31XX
Participation of a club station will only be valid if it is operated by a single operator. This fact has to be confirmed by the operator on the cover page of the log. In this case the operator must not use his own call but the call of the club station.
- QRB POINTS:
Each km of distance between the two ends of each QSO is worth 1 point.
- TOTAL SCORE: Sum of QRB points.
||The previous commemorative QSL cards are replaced by certificates. If you sent in at least 3 logs in a category you may download your certificate by selecting your call on the list of results - http://www.dk7zh.de/agcw/1601/ergebnisliste.htm (1601 = YYMM - Year and month of the contest).
Incomplete QSOs must be shown in the log, but they do not count. Each band counts separately. For each band a separate log is necessary. Ignoring the rules with result in disqualification!
- ELECTRONIC LOGS:
The file name consists of call sign and band. Example: DL2OM-144.EDI and DL2OM-432.EDI or DL2OM-VHF.EDI and DL2OM-UHF.EDI. If two logs are submitted both files may be send in a single e-mail. Received logs will be shown here as soon as possible: http://www.dk7zh.de/agcw/logeingang.htm
- PAPER LOGS:
The following columns are required: UTC, call, RST/serial number sent, RST/serial number and category received, locator, QRB-points, remarks. Additional details on the COVER SHEET: Call, address, your own WW locator, your category, used Rig and output, sum of QRB points, QSOs, DXCC, WW locator and ODX (Summary Sheet). Your signature.
